# I came to Devil's Tower thinking it was just an objective

I came to Devil's Tower thinking it was just an objective to be conquered. Instead, the last two days of my life have been two of the best days of climbing I've ever had. I've been humbled and awestruck, and am grateful for every minute in this sacred place with one of my best friends.
