# A few years ago on the skintrack up Mt Oliver in the Tetons

A few years ago on the skintrack up Mt Oliver in the Tetons my mind entertained itself remembering red stone and splitters in Indian Creek. The realization that when I was skiing I was thinking of climbing, and when I was climbing I was thinking of nothing else was another point along the path to living on friends' couches.
