# Spent the weekend shooting one of the coolest events I've

Spent the weekend shooting one of the coolest events I've ever seen. 31 women mountain bikers learning skills from 12 lady coaches over two days out at Curt Gowdy. The atmosphere of camaraderie, support, and try-hard was such a privilege to witness and, hopefully, capture.

Props to [@jennopolis55](https://blog.novaugust.net/tag/jennopolis55/) for making the whole thing happen, and thanks to [@rclydemahon](https://blog.novaugust.net/tag/rclydemahon/) for teaming up with me out there!

Can't wait for the day when the [#rowdygowdy](https://blog.novaugust.net/tag/rowdygowdy/) is happening every summer month in every state like it deserves to be.
